  • Inability to know how to order product for sales



    My son and I went into the store on Sunday to purchase 8 twelve packs of soda on sale and 10-32 packs of bottled water and found he soda everywhere but no water so I asked a sales associate and she said show me where the tag was and she scanned it and it said WHO 6 cases and said they just of sold. I then went to check out and had my son to the service desk for a ain check. The lady paged someone to call her and got no response , brought the water up on the computer and said none is on order so no Rhinebeck!! Awesome customer service! More...
